What Our Total Guarantee Covers

Our Total Warranty guarantees protection against manufacturing and assembly defects for a full period of three (3) years from the date of delivery.

If your watch experiences any covered issues, our technical team will promptly assist you in repairing or replacing the product, ensuring your satisfaction and confidence in every piece.

  • Problems with the Automatic Movement → If your watch movement fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the watch with a brand new unit , covering the cost of returning the defective part.
  • Defects in Leather or Steel Bracelet → If your bracelet has any manufacturing defects, we will send you a new replacement bracelet completely free of charge .
